Use and maintenance of gear reducer

Before installation, matters needing attention:
1. the reducer should be cleaned before use. And check the installation shaft whether there is bumps, dirt, if there should be all clean.
The temperature of the 2. reducer is 0~40 degrees centigrade.
3. check whether the matching dimension of the hole (or shaft) connected with the reducer meets the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7 (the tolerance of the shaft is H6).
4. before use should be put on the high exhaust plug plug at the discharge gas in the reducer running guarantee.
Two. Installation of reducer
The 1. reducer can only be installed on the flat, shock absorbing and torsion resisting support structure.
2. in any case, do not allow the use of hammer pulleys, couplings, etc. in small gear or sprocket on the output shaft, this will damage the bearing and shaft.
Three. Use and maintenance
1. after the reducer installation, check whether flexible. For formal use, no-load test must be carried out. Under normal running condition, loading operation will be carried out step by step.
2. speed reducer is strictly prohibited to use more than rated load.
3. the speed reducer should check whether the oil level is normal before use and in operation.
Four. Change the oil system:
After the first oil change, the reducer should be replaced after 300~400 hours of operation, and the lubricating oil should be changed every 1500~2000 hours. In the harsh working environment, high temperature, dust and work situations should be every half a month to conduct an inspection of lubricating oil, lubricating oil contamination is found to replace oil, lubricating oil to keep clean, prolong the life of gear reducer, improve economic efficiency.
Five. Replacement of oil
When changing the oil, wait for the reducer to cool down without burning danger, but still keep warm, because after completely cooling, the oil viscosity increases, oil discharge is difficult. (Note: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent energization! )
